What it's all about

Before I fell down the SEO rabbithole, I worked in the adult education industry.

That’s education, not entertainment 😉

I managed a portfolio of short courses and the teachers who delivered them.

I loved this period of my career. As a passionate advocate for self-education, being heavily involved in the education of others kept my cup overflowing with satisfaction.

Over the years, I came to really understand the nuances of education.

In particular, it became obvious that with short courses – it wasn’t always about learning everything there was to know about a particular subject, but the fundamentals.

Once people had a solid idea of the fundamentals in any given topic, they could make an educated decision on whether something was for them.

Short courses served as a taster for a much larger subject.

The Basics of SEO

In many ways, SEO perceived as something of a dark art.

A complicated, super technical form of digital magery which for many people, the mere mention of it is enough to make their eyes glaze over.

Without any knowledge of what SEO actually is, it can seem there’s no middle ground – it’s either go out and learn it for yourself, or pay someone to do it for you.

But seriously – who has the time to learn yet another marketing channel. You’re already selling your soul to social media and asking yourself, ‘Why am I even doing this?!’ when yet another reel fails to get above 10 likes.

I’m here to tell you this – you don’t need to be an SEO expert, but if you take the time to understand the fundamentals of what SEO is and how it works? You’ll be more equipped than many others and able to engage someone to do it for you.

You know what? I get it

I really do.

And this is my proposition to you – the business owner.

You need results.

You don’t have the time or even the inclination to learn SEO, but at the same time, don’t want to be taken for a ride.

You’re happy to pay someone, but who?

I’ll answer these questions, and more.

Everything element will be broken down in the most simplistic way; no jargon, no sneaky upsells, no tricks.
